Cassandra L. Morin is an associate attorney with Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A. She enjoys removing the confusion, fear, and uncertainty around estate planning and planning for disability. Her goal is to help clients figure out how they can maximize the value of their estate, leave behind tax-exempt gifts to charitable causes, and still have plenty left over for friends and family.
Cassandra is Maine's estate planning attorney for animal lovers. She is passionate about assisting clients in ensuring that their pets receive the care that they deserve if they can no longer care for their pets on their own. Pets are a part of the family, but they are often overlooked during the estate planning process. Cassandra ensures that clients have a plan for all their loved ones, including those with fur and four legs.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a general practice attorney at Legal-Ease, LLC in South Portland. She has experience working on contract disputes, real estate transactions, business formation, estate planning documents, trusts, prenuptial agreements, and various other legal matters.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, playing video and board games, and learning/practicing origami. She lives in Bowdoinham with her husband and pets.
