Attorney Daniel J Eccher enjoys helping clients figure out how to afford long-term care while having something left for their family. Madelyn O. Breerwood returned to her hometown of Winthrop as an associate of Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A. Estate planning, probate, trusts, and MaineCare are the focuses of Madelyn's practice, as well as strategizing with clients for their future needs and wishes. Madelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on legal studies from A.B. Freeman School of business. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Loyola University. Cassandra Morin, Esq. joined the firm as an associate in December of 2021. Cassandra enjoys removing the confusion, fear, and uncertainty around estate planning and planning for disability. Her goal is to help clients maximize the value of their estates, leave tax-exempt gifts for charity, and have plenty left for their loved ones. Kim Rivera is our Paralegal/Office Manager. She has worked in the legal and executive administrative field for more than 20 years. She has been with the firm since January 2019.
Ann Marie Colburn is our Receptionist/Legal Assistant. She has been an administrative professional for several years and joined our firm in November of 2019.
Attorney Michael J. Levey, now retired, served clients in all areas of general practice, with a concentration in divorce and family law, real estate and mediation. He has received awards and recognition for his work in the area of family law.
Attorney Sally M. Wagley, now retired, focused her practice on elder law, estate planning, and special needs trusts. She is a leader in the field of elder law, as an author, legislative advocate, and teacher.
Attorney Patrice A. Putman, now retired, focused on elder law, estate planning, and probate. She began her career as a registered nurse, and gained her law degree later. She practiced law for more than 30 years, with the last several focused on elder law.
Attorney Tavis Hasenfus served the firm from 2014 through 2022. He was re-elected to the legislature in November of 2022 and has assumed a consultant role with the firm.
