Updated: Starting May 4, 2020, the Winthrop office of Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, PA will re-open to the public. Mr. Eccher, Ms. Breerwood, and Mr. Hasenfus will continue to telecommute for the most part. Office staff members will be in the office, following social distancing guidelines, and sterilizing office equipment and public areas frequently. “Legal services” have been deemed by the Governor to be an “essential business.” If you need legal assistance, feel free to call the office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or email or message us through our “Contact” page any time.

The Governor's recent Executive Order 37 FY 19/20 allows “remote notarization.” We plan to offer this option on a limited basis to our clients with reasons not to travel.
